How much does your shipping cost?
Shipping within the USA is $5.79 for our standard 2 to 4 working day service. Shipping is FREE for all orders over $40.00. We do offer Expedited Shipping service from $6.29 for next day delivery.

How quickly do you ship orders?
We ship our orders within 1 to 2 working days of receiving the order. Please note that our working hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5. Orders will not be processed outside of those hours. So if you place an order at the weekend or the evening, then it will not be processed until those working hours.
How quickly will I receive my order?
For our standard 2 to 4 working day service we cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered within this timeframe. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, our courier delivery times vary. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org if your order is taking longer that 5 days to be delivered.
For our next working day service your order must be placed before 1:30pm on the previous working day for guaranteed delivery on the next day. Please note that we cannot guarantee a time for delivery and it can be any time up to 9:00pm.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Usually, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email informing you of your order being shipped along with a tracking code. If you have not received an email then please check you spam folder.
How can I track my order?
Within your order dispatch email the tracking reference will be shown.
PLEASE NOTE: Full tracking is not always provided for our standard 2 to 3 working day. If no tracking information is provided then it will only show when the order has been delivered. If you have any queries then please email email@example.com.
I placed my order over the weekend, when will it ship?
We only process and dispatch orders between Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Orders placed after 1:30pm on a Friday or over the weekend (including Bank Holidays) will not be processed or dispatched until the next working day.
I placed my order at night, when will it ship?
Orders placed after 1:30pm may not be processed or dispatched until the next working day.
Do you ship internationally?
Are customs or import fees included in the sales price or the shipping cost?
No, any duties or customs fees must be paid by the customer as per the relevant country's laws. Any delays or additional costs will not be the responsibility of Prophet and Tools.
Why don't you ship to my country?
Unfortunately, there may be a wide range of reasons why we don't ship to your country. The main reason usually because the local delivery service within the country is not up to the standard required for our customers. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for information regarding your country.
Can I collect my order from Prophet and Tools?
Unfortunately, we do not have a retail shop and have stock over 3 warehouses and it's not always certain which warehouse your stock will be picked from when your order is placed, therefore, collection cannot be made from Prophet and Tools.
Prophet and Tools are still providing the full excellent service as always during these difficult times. We are working to all the relevant national and local guidelines in terms of it's employees. We are working with our partners to ensure that they are also following the relevant Covid-19 guidelines.
PLEASE NOTE: Our standard delivery services may be delayed due to our carriers handling more packages than normal or due to local lockdown restrictions. If your delivery has taken 5 working days or more then please email us at email@example.com.
My order has not yet arrived
Due to Covid-19 we are finding that some of our carriers are experiencing delays with our standard 2 to 3 working day deliveries. Please give your order a little more time before contacting us. If your order still hasn't arrived within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email then then please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
My tracking says that my order has been delivered, but I haven't received it
If you see that the tracking information says that it has been "delivered", but you haven't received it, then please check with your neighbours or anyone else within your household.
The package may also have been left in a secure location so please check any outbuildings, recycling bins, dog kennels, etc.
Also, the courier may have left a card if you were not available at the time of delivery and no suitable place was available to leave the package. Please check that this is the case and contact the local courier on the details provided.
If you still cannot locate your package then please email email@example.com.

Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes, you can place large order quantities. However large orders cannot be made at our Online Store and will have to be made via Bank Transfers or PayPal as a method or payment. We also provide discounted business pricing for our clients.

Can we sell your products?
Prophet and Tools products can be sold by anyone on websites, barbers, pharmarcies and retail shops. Anywhere else may need to be sought given permission by the company. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to seek permission.
Can we partner and sell on the Amazon marketplace?
Prophet and Tools products are not to be sold on any Amazon Marketplaces other than by the company. This is because Prophet and Tools is a registered Amazon Seller and permitting other sellers to sell any of our products on that platform will lead to competing. Therefore we regret that we do not accept partnership in this field. Failure to comply with this rule will have serious consequences.
